From Marginal to Mainstream at the Nursery 

In our ongoing exploration of human nature, The Identity Series, one area that we’ve been fascinated by is the changing nature and perception of influence and influencers. Covid has changed much in this world, and we wanted to look beyond the Dubai disputes, and by speaking to influencers themselves and some influencer marketers, understand what was shifting for them and their audiences. From navigating brand rules to algorithms to maintaining authenticity, we hope this will provide an in depth perspective on the changing world of influencers.

As we know our opportunity for face to face research groups has, for the time being, been largely halted. So, are we still getting the best results from our alternative methods?

As any good researchers would do, we created an experiment to find out exactly what we are missing, or indeed gaining, by comparing the alternative methodologies alongside the more traditional face to face approach.
