Full Terms and Conditions for the €500 Amazon Gift Card prize draw
These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to the €500 Amazon Gift Card prize draw. The prize draw applies to participants completing a “Subway Maverick” market research survey between 00:01 on 18th July 2022 through to 23:59 on 9th September 2022. All who participate in the survey and agree with these Terms will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one of three €500 Amazon Gift Cards (the “Gift Card”).
The administrator
The Administrator of the prize draw is The Nursery Research and Planning Limited (company number 04251937) (“The Nursery”), with its registered office at 201 Haverstock Hill, London, NW3 4QG, UK and VAT number 782973281.
Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the prize draw you must:
- a) Participate in the survey linked in the QR code given in Subway stores
- b) Participation in the prize draw is optional. To enter, participants must provide a contact name and email which will be used only for the purpose of contacting you if selected in the prize draw.
- c) Participants must be 18 years old or over and be resident in The Netherlands or Germany
- d) Each participant is only eligible to one entry in the prize draw.
The Nursery will select a winner from all eligible participants, this will be done at random by allocating a number to each participant and using a random number generator to select the winners.
The prize draw will take place on 14th September 2022 and the winners will be notified by email by The Nursery. Winners will need to confirm they have received this notification email, they will then be emailed a code to redeem a €500 Amazon Gift Card from the Amazon website of the country where they are resident (www.amazon.nl or www.amazon.de)
The Administrator takes no responsibility for redemption of offer codes that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons, network or server issues, or otherwise.
It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the prize draw. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects verification or delivery of the Gift Card.
Whilst the Administrator will take all reasonable steps to ensure that its obligations in relation to the dispatching of Gift Cards are met, the Administrator shall not be liable in any way for its inability to meet these timeframes resulting from its own business or its supply chain (including third party processors) being affected by Covid-19 infections or related restrictions, or for any other reason outside the Administrator’s reasonable control.
Should Covid-19 infections or related restrictions or any other reason outside the Administrator’s reasonable control affect the Administrator’s ability to meet any of its obligations, the Administrator reserves the right to extend the closing date and/or any other deadlines and/or make any other necessary modifications to the prize draw but will use reasonable endeavours to resume the prize draw and fulfil its obligations as soon as is reasonably possible after its and/or its third party processors resume business as usual.

Prize draw participants should ensure they are familiar with all applicable terms and restrictions, including any applicable expiry dates.

General
The Gift Card offer is non-transferable except as set out in these Terms and non- exchangeable for any other benefit. The Gift Card must be claimed and used in accordance with these Terms (including the applicable Amazon Gift Card terms and conditions referred to above). The Administrator’s decision in relation to allocating and issuing the Gift Card is final and binding. Providing your name and email implies acceptance of these Terms.
The Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any claims or participants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms.
