- Consent Statement: “I understand that this information will be used solely for the purpose of resolving my grievance.”
What Happens Next?
- You will receive an acknowledgment within 3 working days.
- Your grievance will be reviewed by our internal team.
- You may be contacted for further information.
- A formal response will be provided within 15 working days.
You may also report externally to prescribed persons such as:

- Financial Conduct Authority
- Secretary of State for Business & Trade
- Secretary of State for Transport
- Environment Agency
