The National Trust is Europe’s largest conservation charity, operating historic houses, parks, gardens, coast, and countryside attractions. We have been operating visitor experience research since 2012 at over 200 of their main sites in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. This has been a period of huge change with the challenge to deliver faster and more actionable data to help provide operational insight year-round.
