We may share your personal data with our trusted and carefully selected third party suppliers with whom we have contracts to analyse and process research data. All third party suppliers of The Nursery Research and Planning are compliant with the GDPR. The Nursery Research and Planning will not share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes.

How do we ensure your personal information is held securely?
We take our responsibilities very seriously to keep the information you provide us with securely. As such we take every reasonable precaution to ensure your information is protected from loss, theft or misuse. These precautions include appropriate physical security of our offices, controlled access to computer systems and use of secure, encrypted internet connections.
How long will we retain your data?
If you have been provided with a financial incentive for your time taking part in market research by The Nursery Research and Planning Limited, we are required under UK law to retain records of all financial transactions for 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. This information is kept in a locked safe to which access is controlled. Aside from this, any personal information which we obtain from you will be destroyed after the completion of the project.
Membership of The Nursery Research and Planning Mailing List (B2B communications only)
If you are contacted by The Nursery Research and Planning as a business contact and receive marketing communications from us, you have the right to unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of all mailings from The Nursery.
You will automatically not receive any further communications from us. Our marketing materials are only sent via email to those businesses and business contacts to whom we believe there is a legitimate interest in receiving our communications as a leading market research agency.
